The firm is led by Mr. Deepak Goyal, Business Head, ex-IIT Delhi alumni who started Edusquare in 2014; TejpreetSingh, Operations Head, MDI alumni with leadership experience in Reckitt Benckiser and SC Johnson; SiviaGoyal, HR Head, ex-MDI and a savvy HR leader with corporate experience in IT, Pharma; ParagArora, Strategy Lead, ex-IITD and a serial entrepreneur who sold his B2C chat-based platform to Paytm; PiyushChhabra, Offline business alliances, alumni of Rochester having scaled multiple businesses in past and AnandArora, Product Head, ex-IIT R alum with corporate experience in R&D/ Marketing in firms like Unilever and PepsiCo.

Their intended to provide quality education assessable and affordable to all and thus made India’s First 360 brand empowering Local educators.

With over 100 stellar employees that includes the best subject faculties as well as technology/business experts, Edusquare has created a brand with an offline presence in 9 leading centers serving >2000 students across the country and an online solution with an android app that is available under the brand “Edusquare Mentorship App” as a separate product for students across the country.

Even before the whole world started to struggle and problems like traveling to centers, Teachers offline availability were not rampant, many students of India had been facing similar issues due to remoteness of the places they belong to, facing huge challenges of education not being assessable or too expensive for them to dream about reaching goals of becoming an IItian or a Doctor.

Providing a solution, Team Edusquare has been working with Govt. in the states of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh where free education is being imparted by the govt. to meritorious students in Una, Ambotta, Thana Kalan, and Mandi district under the govt. initiatives like “ BetiBachaoBetiPadhao” and “Medhaviyojna”. Students of these remote areas are being trained and coached through our blended model of learning, providing expertise, extensive testing, analysis, doubt solving at their doorstep and they don’t have to travel outside ensuring safety and full utilization of their time.

Innovation in education is a neverending quest, which led us to the Launch of “Edusquare Plus”, bringing in the concept of Social Gamification into this highly competitive preparation area. The premise of Edusquare Plus is tri-fold: first, it provides a basic app with video content and exhaustive test series and analytics at an affordable price to students, second, it provides a personalized mentor product as MENTOR+ where an individual takes accountability of all the learning goals and steers with SMART objectives for students, lastly, there is CLASSROOM+ with an addition of live tutoring for the students.
