For your employees, they don’t have this option which is why as an employer it’s important you remember to afford your staff a bit of flexibility. They might be moving house, have parental commitments or have a family member to care for. Whatever it is, showing your employees that they have a bit of leeway for personal circumstances is vital if you’re going to show them that you support them.
